GetResponse is an email marketing platform that was founded in 1998. It also has a lot of stunning features such as webinar hosting, website creation and more.
2) Is GetResponse user friendly?
Honestly, I’ve been using GetResponse for some time now and I didn’t face any problems in using it at all. It took me about a 1hour to get in terms with the features and its placements. Everything you need access is really easy to find. But that’s a controversial statement. If you look up the internet you’ll find some users complaining on the same. But, in comparison to all the other email marketing websites that I’ve used so far, I found GetResponse the easiest.

Pricing review:
· I think the pricing packages are really nice and the fact that for every successive package you choose you get all the features of the previous package. That really gives value for your money.
· The Free trial is really useful as it enables users to get a first-hand experience of the features that the package offers and helps you make a better decision.
· I really feel that the packages could be a lot more accommodative as some of the features in the packages may not even be needed by some users. So, if you had a more customizable package that suits a wide spectrum of users, it would have been a lot more helpful and would give you a better value for your money.
· From the price perspective, I think it’s slightly on the higher side. But, for the features that their giving, I think we can justify the higher price point.

In my opinion, the GetResponse customer care service is really commendable. It has a 24x7 chat helpline that helps clear all your queries. There is an entire option called “Support” on the taskbar to cater to all your needs. But, the best highlight on the customer support is the chat helpline.
All you need to know is click on the chat option, enter your Name and email ID, and you’ll be able to chat with a GetResponse customer care executive. You can rate your experience using the Thumbs up/down feature on the top of the chat. The customer care executive are extremely kind and patient and ensure that your issues are resolved.
You can raise your queries and issues via mail too. The GetResponse team will get back to in less than 24 hrs. So, you’re not quite likely to face issues related customer care service.
7) GetResponse pros/cons:
a) pros:
· GetRespnse offers original templates and users can manipulate/edit the theme of the particular campaign.
· The statistics features are very detailed and accurate.
· GetResponse is extremely user-friendly, which means it is very easy to use.
· GetResponse has an extremely well defined user-interface.
· Great customer care experience.
· The Funnel Builder is an excellent and fun tool to work with. GetResponse has worked really hard in improving & enhancing the quality and experience of using the Funnel builder. Really useful in lead management and list building.
· Drag and drop feature is really easy to use and is a very efficient and time saving feature.
· Google analytics integration is a big pro in my opinion as it has really changed the way how people track traffic and sales. No need to toggle between tabs to evaluate your progress.
b) Cons:
· Based on user feedback, one thing that GetResponse needs to work on is their API (Application Programming Interface)
· GetResponse has truly been working hard on their integrations, but, I still think they could do more in terms of their integrations to really stand out from the other email marketing tools.
· GetResponse prices are relatively high, they need to work on more reasonable prices that are accessible by more people.
· GetResponse needs more responsive forms.
· The entire UI feels outdated and not very eye-catching. So, in my opinion, GetResponse should work on improving the UI to improve productivity.

There are many email marketing tools out there in the market. Some of them are as follows:
· GrooveFunnels:
GrooveFunnels is a completely new email marketing platform where you can promote and sell products along with using it email marketing. The features are very similar to that of GetResponse and have a similar performance to it too. In terms of pricing, GrooveFunnels has a very few payment packages in comparison to GetResponse. However, many have complained that there are way too many bugs in the website as it new. But, still a good option to consider.
· ClickFunnels:
ClickFunnels is a rather well known email marketing website that is used by a lot of people. I personally haven’t used it but, have heard great things about it. It has really competitive price packages and features to offer to its users. It has great integrations that are really useful and help increase productivity. ClickFunnels is also known for its affiliate programs too. So if you’re a person looking for more productivity, then be sure to check out ClickFunnels.
